About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Parkdean Resorts. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our holiday homes, buildings, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance of all holiday homes, buildings, and grounds to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Lead a team of Maintenance Assistants and Operatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Monitor and record all maintenance jobs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor new Maintenance Assistants and Operatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Plan, implement, and deliver winter and summer work programs of repair and maintenance, ensuring our facilities are always in top condition.
