About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Weekend Sales Associate to join our team at eRecruitSmart. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in our Bracknell showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers, establish rapport, and understand their needs to provide personalized solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range, including materials, finishes, dimensions, and design options.
  • Lead Generation: Follow up on existing leads, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate product information to drive sales.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

About the Hours and Rewards

In this role, you will work weekends only, with flexibility to work one or both Saturday and Sunday days. Benefits include:
