Nursing Team Leader Role

A dynamic and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse is required to lead our nursing team on a permanent basis.

This role offers a challenging opportunity to shape the future of our nursing department and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

The successful candidate will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement strategies that drive clinical excellence and patient care.

Flexible Working Arrangements

We offer a flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours that supports work-life balance.

Ideally, we are looking for someone to work 40 hours per week, but we are open to discussing part-time or flexible working arrangements.

The shifts can be either 4 x 10 hour days or shorter shifts across the week, ranging from 8am to 7pm.
