Cinema Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cinema Operations Manager to join our team at Everyman Cinema Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our venues, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our venues, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall cinema experience.
- Work closely with our management team to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, customer retention, and staff development.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our brand and services, and to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure accurate financial management and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
