Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Flex Force team at HC-One. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing care plans to meet their needs
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver person-centered care, promoting independence and dignity for residents
  • Participate in the development and implementation of care policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of new staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Valid NMC registration
  • Experience in a care home setting, preferably in a leadership or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care, promoting resident-centered care, and contributing to a culture of excellence
