Director of Operations

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join our team at Compass Associates Ltd. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of support services within our hospital.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leadership and management, with experience in analysis, reporting, and proposal development for capital assets and infrastructure investment. You will also have a strong understanding of commercial contract management, including property, funders of healthcare, and NHS standard contracts.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the efficient delivery of support services within the hospital
  • Providing leadership for the effective management of all non-clinical functions
  • Working with the Executive Director and Director of Clinical Services to create and deliver the strategic, operational, and business development plan for the hospital
  • Helping to identify business development opportunities, such as new services and the development of existing services
  • Contributing to the hospital's business plan and supporting managers and leads of departments responsible for formulating departmental plans and objectives

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £70,000 + bonus, as well as a range of benefits, including 25 days holiday per year + bank holidays, private pension scheme, private healthcare scheme, and more.
