About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical and CNC Engineer to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group. As a Mechanical and CNC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, conducting regular maintenance and repairs, and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Carry out regular plant checks and readings on essential equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  2. Work efficiently to complete all electrical and mechanical engineering work in a safe and timely manner.
  3. Conduct continuous monitoring of production lines to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  4. Perform machine inspections, conduct repairs and improvements, and carry out preventative maintenance on equipment.
About You

We are looking for a mechanically biased engineer with experience in a manufacturing or production environment. You should possess strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with production teams. If you are fanatical about food, thrive under pressure, and have a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you.
