Clinical Assessment Specialist

**About the Job**
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Assessment Specialist to join our team in Hull, UK. As a hybrid role, you will be working closely with patients, conducting face-to-face and telephone assessments, and creating detailed reports on how their conditions impact daily living.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' conditions and create comprehensive reports
- Develop strong communication and report writing skills
- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Navigate IT systems with ease
Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted HCPC registration
- Minimum 1-year post-registration experience in the UK (NHS or private healthcare providers)
- Registered Occupational Therapist or equivalent qualifications
