Warehouse Inventory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Manager to join our team at MTW. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and cost-effective management of inventory within clinical areas.
You will work closely with the Inventory Management team to implement and manage inventory at ward/department level, acting as a primary point of contact. This will involve undertaking regular ward stock takes, capturing requirements using electronic automatic data capture equipment, and inputting data as required onto the computerised ordering system.
You will be required to work unsupervised, using your own initiative in clinical areas, adhering to published and inferred standards, policies and procedures. You will also be expected to be flexible and work across sites as and when required.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and manage inventory at ward/department level
- Undertake regular ward stock takes and capture requirements using electronic automatic data capture equipment
- Input data as required onto the computerised ordering system
- Work unsupervised, using your own initiative in clinical areas
- Be flexible and work across sites as and when required
- NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent working experience
- Formal supply chain or inventory management experience
- Working towards MCIPS or Chartered Institute of Transport & Logistics
