**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly experienced Production Director to oversee all aspects of production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will lead a skilled team of engineers, technicians, and fabricators, managing workflows, schedules, and resources to achieve efficiency and productivity.

  • **Key Responsibilities:**
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee all production activities, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting project deadlines.
  • Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and fabricators, managing workflows, schedules, and resources to achieve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure all products and components meet company quality standards and customer specifications through rigorous inspection and testing procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and efficiency gains within the production workflow.

**Requirements:**

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. They should possess a strong understanding of mechanical engineering, fabrication processes, and manufacturing technologies. Additionally, they must have experience in sheet metal working and be familiar with lean manufacturing principles.

**Salary Range:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
