We are seeking a skilled and experienced chef to join our team at One Dalkeith Community Café. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of the kitchen and café, producing high-quality food and drinks, and mentoring our members who are keen to learn on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the kitchen and café operations
  • Produce fresh soups, cakes, quiches, and pies from scratch
  • Train and mentor members in food production and service
