Electronics Project Manager Job Description

Redline Group Ltd is seeking a skilled Electronics Project Manager to lead the design, development, and sustainment of electronic hardware products. The successful candidate will work alongside a multidisciplinary R&D team, collaborating on development cycles for existing products and new product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create project plans and present them to customers.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams.
  • Manage NPI development and ensure new products are delivered on time, to quality, and cost targets.
  • Experience with electronic assembly techniques.
  • Advanced technical skills and business acumen.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering engineering projects, be self-motivated, enthusiastic, technically excellent, business savvy, and a strong communicator. A manufacturing background, either mechanical or electronic, is preferred.
