This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Project Manager to join Churchill Living (Developments) PLC, a leading company in the UK retirement house building sector. As a key member of our Technology team, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital transformation and ensuring that our technology remains at the forefront of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the overall IT project portfolio, ensuring that all projects are managed from business case through to project closure.
- Maintain project templates and support the business in developing their project business cases and PID's.
- Identify key resource requirements and timescales required, and monitor and report on scheduled progress.
- Monitor critical path(s) of the schedule to identify risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation or recovery plans.
- Manage and maintain budgets to ensure requirements are kept within agreed spend.
We are looking for a solutions-oriented individual with strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or PRiSM. You will have led IT and software projects in your career and be confident and capable of conversing with technology companies and suppliers.
You will have demonstrable experience of successfully leading multiple projects at any one time and be familiar with Project Management, Business Analysis, and Change Management tools and techniques (MS Project, MS Visio, Smartsheets).
