As a key member of our Countryside team, you will play a vital role in managing Wicken Fen National Nature Reserve, one of Europe's most important wetlands. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Rangers, developing and delivering work programs to meet conservation and access outcomes
• Lead on compliance, including writing risk assessments and safety procedures
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve Conservation Performance Indicator targets
• Engage with visitors to promote the value of our work and inspire a love of nature

Requirements

• Proven experience in land, access, and conservation management
• Strong team leadership and line-management skills
• Practical skills in estate management, including chainsaw use and tractor driving
• Ability to work safely and lead on compliance
