About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) professional to join our team at KPMG-UnitedKingdom. As a key member of our Powered Enterprise team, you will be responsible for delivering cloud-enabled transformation programmes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Oracle EPM solutions that meet client business requirements, leveraging leading practices and our six-layer Target Operating Model.
  • Develop and deliver system designs, including application configuration, documentation, interface and data migration, testing, and post-go-live support.
  • Communicate complex solutions to clients, providing compelling and well-thought-out responses to their needs.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle EPM products, including FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, EPBCS, TRCS, and other cloud reporting tools.
  • Support business development and project delivery activities across multiple industries.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of EPM-related experience, with a proven track record of delivering full life cycle implementations of Oracle EPM Cloud products.
  • Experience with FP&A processes, including planning, financial close, and consolidation, reconciliation, data management, and other Oracle Cloud products.
  • Design and implementation experience with EPM applications, primarily EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, DM, and EDMCS, with experience in other processes like PCMCS and EPRCS an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of key finance and accounting processes, including general accounting, corporate consolidation, financial planning and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, and management reporting.
  • Experience with governance controls, change management, conceptual data modeling, master data management, data standardization, and data quality management.
  • Ability to operate and implement in a cloud environment, with a strong understanding of the impacts of implementing and operating on the cloud versus on-premise.
