About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Research Physicist to contribute to our team's efforts in developing compact and chip-based microresonator-based frequency combs, also known as microcombs.
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the field of microcombs, which have the potential to revolutionize various industries, including astronomy, health monitoring, explosives detection, telecoms, lidar and radar, and gravity sensing.
Key responsibilities will include contributing to world-leading science and development of disruptive technologies, sharing your learnings, developing new and existing partnerships with academia and industry, and acting as an ambassador for our work externally and promoting our capabilities.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a PhD or equivalent in experimental physics with a focus on optics, 2-3 years of recent experience designing and building experimental setups involving lasers, optical components, and optical and electronic test equipment, exceptional written and oral communication skills, and a team player with a proactive attitude.
