About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Travel Money Specialist to join our team at Tesco.

As a Travel Money Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on foreign exchange and currency management.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Nurturing and forming relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements
  
• Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and providing support and advice on Travelex products and services
  
• Engaging with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  
• Delivering on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
  
• Utilising your keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
  
• Implementing best practice and adhering to Travelex compliance procedures

• IT proficient, with a basic understanding of computer systems and software
