About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Housekeeper at Nuffield Health Oxford, The Manor Hospital. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for our patients by cleaning and preparing various areas, utilizing cleaning products and equipment effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain patient rooms, corridors, and other areas to the highest standards.
- Restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant team members.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
- Adhere to infection prevention and control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
