Health and Safety Manager

VANRATH is partnering with a leading construction company to recruit a Senior Health & Safety Manager. This permanent role involves working Monday to Friday with a competitive salary and excellent benefits package. Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting the business in completing Health & Safety questionnaires.
* Developing project-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
* Performing risk assessments and implementing preventive measures.
* Reviewing and updating existing policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
* Implementing and overseeing health and safety protocols in the workplace.
* Collaborating with HR to establish safety induction programs and training for all employees.
* Inspecting equipment and machinery to ensure compliance with safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Health & Safety at a senior management level within a construction setting, preferably across multiple sites. A NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety is also required. If you are a motivated and experienced Health & Safety professional looking for a new challenge, please apply.
