Job Title: Renal Nurse

We're seeking an experienced Renal Nurse to join our team in Lewisham. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll play a vital role in providing holistic care to our patients with chronic kidney failure and other comorbidities.

About the Role

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) offering competitive pay and benefits. You'll work Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work. The starting salary is up to £33,719, based on dialysis experience, plus a generous location allowance.

You'll be responsible for developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients, ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented, preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems, reviewing pre and post-haemodialysis care with patients, and collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be an NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify in early 2024, have familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct, be able to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team, possess a positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care, and have excellent English communication skills.
