Boden Group, a leader in the defence industry, invites applications from skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineers/Supervisors to fill the position of Technical Electrical Management Lead in the Southwest region. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to develop your skills and expertise in managing electrical systems and supervising subcontractors.

The Role Overview

Your key responsibilities will include managing subcontractors to ensure they adhere to strict building safety standards. Directly reporting to the Technical Director, you will not have any direct reports or management responsibilities.

Key Requirements
  • Hold electrical qualifications at Level 3 and 18th edition, with AP (LV/HV) experience highly advantageous.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance/building service roles is mandatory.
  • Able to demonstrate a positive can-do attitude, flexibility, and willingness to support other teams.
