Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in achieving client retention targets by delivering outstanding service
* Liaise with Account Executives to develop and implement effective renewal strategies
* Conduct market research to identify competitive terms and present to clients
* Process renewals, adjustments, and premium collections in line with company procedures
* Record all relevant information and correspondence on Acturis and utilize the diary system effectively
* Cross-sell products from other divisions to drive business growth

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in dealing with SME or commercial clients
* Working knowledge of General Insurance and CII's Code of Ethics and GDPR
* Excellent technical insurance skills, with the ability to process work quickly and efficiently
* Strong client service skills, with good negotiation and broking skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to gather and analyze information from clients and respond appropriately
* Ability to persuade and influence others
