Job Description
  • Manage and lead a team of administrators and senior administrators, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures, controls, and best practices to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and improve effectiveness.
  • Authorize cash movements from Client Money Deposit Accounts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline processes and reduce manual interventions.
  • Report accurate metrics and operational issues to senior management.
Requirements
  • Strong SIPP knowledge and technical understanding of DB and DC schemes.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills, including time management, prioritization, and delegation.
  • Comprehensive pensions experience at supervisory level.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Pension legislation knowledge and understanding of HMRC, FCA, and TPR regulations.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CII CF1 Paper and FA2 Paper.

$85,000 - $100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
