IT Systems Specialist Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Specialist to join our team at Tiro Partners Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and integrating IT systems, specifically CRM and ERP, and ensuring data security.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage all internal IT systems
* Support IT infrastructure
* Maintain IT systems and equipment, including CRM, ERP, and MS Office
* Integrate new systems and train staff as required
* Ensure data security

**Requirements:**

* Experience with CRM and ERP systems
* Excellent knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
* Good skills in Windows server and desktop
* Ability to work in a Swindon office full-time

**Nice to Have:**

* Experience in IT security
* Salesforce knowledge
* Linux knowledge

**About the Role:**

This is a contractual position that requires the successful candidate to work closely with and report to the Head of IT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
