  • Set and operate robot welders and ancillary equipment
  • Produce parts at the correct rate and report any issues
  • Take responsibility for the quality of the parts produced
  • Keep production and quality-related records up to date
  • Ensure good levels of safety are maintained in the area
  • Be involved in continuous improvement processes
  • Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed

Requirements:

  • A good knowledge of spot welding
  • Able to work as part of a team and as an individual
  • Motivation to beat targets safely and required quality standards
