About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HIA Surveyor to join our dynamic Housing team at Harrow Council. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with government regulations and delivering exceptional services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough home inspections and provide technical assessments to clients, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Design and specify projects that meet legislative requirements, utilizing your expertise in surveying to drive successful outcomes.
  • Manage individual caseloads and oversee works on-site, ensuring seamless project delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Liaise with various council departments and external bodies to facilitate smooth project delivery and foster strong relationships.
  • Prepare detailed reports and support grant applications, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality service delivery and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • A valid driving license and proof of business insurance (DVLA check required).
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in surveying, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
