We are seeking multiple Manufacturing Operators to support a prominent pharmaceutical organization. This position involves a 12-hour shift rotation, encompassing both day and night shifts.

Given the facility's location, having personal transportation is essential for commuting.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your role as a Manufacturing Operator will encompass a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Operating large-scale manufacturing equipment and conducting in-process checks for therapeutic product formulation.
  • Engaging in cleaning and maintenance activities for production areas and machinery.
  • Handling heavy lifting tasks as required in various production sections.
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives.
  • Working within a 24/7 production schedule, which includes a rotating shift pattern of 12 hours, with 4 days on followed by 4 days off, and alternating between day and night shifts.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing within the pharmaceutical or food and beverage sectors is advantageous; however, candidates from diverse backgrounds, including military, chemical, and logistics, are also encouraged to apply.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to adhere to processes are crucial for ensuring product quality. Candidates should be numerate, literate, and capable of working collaboratively while following health and safety protocols.
  • Due to limited public transport options, having a personal vehicle is a necessity.
