Senior Data Strategy Lead Wanted

Clevertouch Consulting is a Top 100 company to work for, constantly seeking to add to the list of benefits. We are currently looking for a seasoned Senior Data Strategy Lead to lead our data practice and drive business growth through data analytics.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, the ability to develop and execute strategic plans, and a passion for leveraging data to inform marketing and sales decisions.

About the Role:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data analysts to deliver exceptional results and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze large and varied marketing data sets to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Leverage industry-leading tools and technologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness in data analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2:1 degree classification from a respected institution in Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Effective time-management skills under pressure and consistent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in designing and configuring reports from specifications.
  • Experience with BI packages (Tableau, Power BI,...).
  • Scripting and development experience with Python (or Equivalent languages)

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
  • Rewarding quarterly bonus scheme.
