Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is an ideal opportunity for a part qualified or QBE Management Accountant to add value to a well established and busy finance function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of management information packs for the leadership team, maintaining fixed asset registers, calculation of depreciation and completion of detailed monthly fixed asset reporting.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

• Preparation of Management Information Packs for the leadership team.
• Maintaining fixed asset registers for each group company, calculation of depreciation and completion of detailed monthly fixed asset reporting.
• Preparing/reviewing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
• Management of Petty cash for the group in addition to on-site audits.
• Working with external auditors during the annual audit to provide all information required in a timely and accurate manner as well as assisting in finalising statutory accounts.
• Ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

• Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA or Equivalent
• Previous experience in a hands on management accountant role
• Full Management Accounts preparation experience
• Excellent Excel Skills
