Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team at Additional Resources. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, or in a similar role, with dealership experience being highly desirable. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing vehicles' mechanical and electrical systems, performing fault diagnostics, communicating with customers, and conducting electronic vehicle health checks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining, servicing, and repairing vehicles' mechanical and electrical systems.
- Performing fault diagnostics on engine, transmission, brakes, air conditioning, security features, fuel systems, and more.
- Communicating directly with customers to identify and understand concerns related to vehicle performance and provide technical advice.
- Performing road tests on vehicles after completing repair or service work and accompanying customers for demonstration of concerns or faults.
- Conducting electronic vehicle health checks.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Vehicle Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, or in a similar role.
- Dealership experience is highly desirable.
- NVQ Level 2 / 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Technical knowledge of various vehicle makes and models.
- Skilled in computer usage and quick to learn new systems.
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
