Role Overview

The Lead Oracle Integration Specialist will be tasked with developing and refining integrations between Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, along with various Third-Party Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement integrations in OIC for Oracle ERP Cloud, including REST and SOAP calls and FBDI file uploads.
  • Develop integrations in OIC to extract data from Oracle ERP Cloud utilizing BI Publisher reports, analysis, and OTBI reports.
  • Create customizations using Visual Builder and Process Builder in OIC for Oracle ERP Cloud.
  • Collect and document business requirements for IT incidents and change requests.
  • Document and manage technical specifications and software packages.
  • Ensure timely delivery of modifications while managing business expectations to guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Provide hands-on analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support using established software design lifecycle methodologies.
  • Complete development tasks based on business requirements and industry best practices.

Your Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience with integration frameworks provided by OIC for Oracle Cloud SaaS (ERP, HCM) applications.
  • Ability to utilize pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, on-prem adapters, connections, and SaaS applications effectively.
  • Experience in performance optimization, testing, and troubleshooting OIC integrations.
  • Familiarity with deployment and release management processes for Oracle OIC.
  • Excellent client engagement skills, with a history of collaborating with IT and business stakeholders and crafting technical design documents.
  • Hands-on experience with XSLT.
  • Experience with data migration/integration techniques (e.g., SOAP and REST web services, FBDI, and ADF DI).
  • Solid understanding of creating custom ESS jobs.
  • Hands-on experience with development and unit testing of VBCS components and process automation using OIC.
  • Experience interfacing BI and OTBI reports with OIC.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • JavaScript/Java proficiency.
  • XSLT/XQuery knowledge.
  • Familiarity with OAUTH 2.0, SAML 2.0, and API concepts.
  • Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
  • Knowledge of Version Control and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience in Process Automation.
