We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Executive Support Specialist to provide administrative support to senior executives at AJ Bell Management Limited. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diary Management: Ensure effective time management by coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Preparation and Support: Assist executives in preparing for meetings by researching, compiling reports, and formatting documents. Provide administrative support to ensure seamless preparation and execution of meetings.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with the Finance and Compliance teams to maintain accurate records of regulatory correspondence and process monthly expense claims in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication and Organisational Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and Self-Motivated: A proactive approach to problem-solving, self-motivation, and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
