We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs). As a Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in the financial management of our organization, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the administering and processing of all service-related invoices.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor the budget and forecast of the service.
  • Proactively monitor and manage the company's account receivables and payables.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including weekly transaction monitoring, spend approvals report, income statements, and balance sheets.
  • Manage the full financial cycle, from maintaining the budget to closing the accounts.
Requirements:
  • A qualification in finance or substantial relevant experience.
  • Proven financial acumen and strong MS Excel knowledge.
  • Good knowledge of management accounting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Experience in producing finance reports, including charts, pivot tables, and graphs.
  • Good editing, data collection, and record-keeping skills with extensive analysis capabilities.
