Job Title: Medical Aesthetician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aesthetic Therapist to join our team at Home Recruitment Ltd. As a Medical Aesthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and delivering high-quality treatments using the latest technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough consultations to assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Perform a range of advanced skin and body treatments, combining skincare and device therapies for optimal results.
  • Collaborate with our doctor to monitor and adjust treatment plans as required.
  • Build strong client relationships and create a welcoming atmosphere that promotes customer loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve clinic operations.
  • Drive sales and contribute ideas for business growth.
  • Maintain impeccable treatment rooms and front of house, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Candidate Requirements:
  • 5 to 10 years of experience as an Aesthetic Therapist, preferably in a 5-star establishment, working with high-profile clientele.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or above.
  • Deep knowledge of anti-ageing treatments and ability to combine skincare and device therapies.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to provide clear, professional advice to clients.
  • A genuine passion for the industry and staying informed on the latest aesthetic trends.
  • Skilled at building lasting client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Takes the initiative and works to ensure exceptionally high standards.
Package:

£35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience

10% commission on all treatments, with the potential to achieve a total annual income of £60,000 to £80,000.
