We are seeking a Bank Staff Member to join our team at Collinson Court, providing support for individuals with autism and complex behaviors.

As a Bank Staff Member, you will work flexible shifts, including 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am, to ensure we provide the best possible support for all individuals.

You will receive training in administering medication, person-centred thinking, behavior management, speech, signs and symbols/Makaton sign language, and sensory awareness.
