Job Title: Specialist Occupational Therapist - Trusted Assessor Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Sutton area. As a trusted assessor, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a Trusted Assessor Framework that will be used across Health and Social Care in South West London.

The successful candidate will have experience in management and leadership, as well as a demonstrable record of continuing professional development and relevant postgraduate qualification or training in specialist knowledge and skills.

Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing standard operating procedures for equipment prescribed by Trusted Assessors, forging links with training providers, and evaluating the effectiveness of the Trusted Assessor Framework using outcome measures.

As a trusted assessor, you will provide direct support to trusted assessors through forums and joint work to support their development. You will also line manage and supervise a Senior Occupational Therapist who will assist with this project and provide direct support to trusted assessors.
