Senior Finance Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team in Malmesbury. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing daily finance operations and team development.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience in group consolidations, budget preparation, and liaising with Year End auditors. You will be responsible for producing management accounts for a few sites and supporting the Finance Director in producing a new group reporting pack for the Directors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily finance operations and team development
  • Produce management accounts for a few sites
  • Support the Finance Director in producing a new group reporting pack for the Directors
  • Liaise with Year End auditors
  • Prepare budgets and financial reports
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Experience in group consolidations, budget preparation, and liaising with Year End auditors
  • Strong management skills and ability to nurture a small finance team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary in line with qualification and experience, c. £55,000 - £65,000, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing business. This is a Malmesbury, office-based role with the flexibility to work hybrid once established. We also offer car parking on site and are commutable from Bristol, Chippenham, Cirencester, Malmesbury, Stroud, Swindon, and Tetbury.
