We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to assist various teams with answering calls, right to work checks, and other background checks. The successful candidate will ensure candidates going through our onboarding process have a good experience and are fully compliant with government regulations.

The role involves using our online portal systems to track important data and working closely with other parts of the business to ensure pre-employment checks are carried out efficiently and all information is collected in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with answering calls and responding to queries
  • Conducting right to work checks and other background checks
  • Ensuring candidates have a good experience during the onboarding process
  • Using online portal systems to track data
  • Working closely with other teams to ensure efficient pre-employment checks

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Good written and spoken communication skills are necessary
  • Self-motivation and confidence are required
