About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PMO to join our global Energy company. This is an exciting time to be part of our transformation journey as we shift from a traditional Oil & Gas company to a leading player in the Renewables sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of 5 PMO Analysts, creating workflows that work, and ensuring effective project delivery. Strong financial governance experience and a background in Energy Trading or Commodities Trading are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource and work planning & control, budget management, change management, reporting, and product quality control
  • Oversee a team of 5 PMO Analysts, creating workflows that work
  • Understand the Project Delivery Framework (PDF) and apply Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies
  • Produce project reports and ensure status reporting is fit for purpose
Requirements
  • Strong financial governance experience with large budgets
  • Energy Trading or Commodities Trading background highly desirable
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a large, globally dispersed project team
