Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents, ensuring that dietary requirements and preferences are met
  2. Maintain accurate records of food inventory, menu planning, and meal delivery
  3. Collaborate with the care team to identify and respond to residents' nutritional needs and preferences

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook in a similar setting
  • NVQs/SVQs or City & Guilds equivalent in culinary arts or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays

Compensation and Benefits:

  • An hourly rate of £12.50-£14.00 per hour
  • A part-time schedule of 24-30 hours per week
