About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a fully qualified teacher for SEN schools, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, inclusive lessons that cater to a wide range of abilities and learning styles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of each individual learner.
  • Implement Educational Health Care Plans and track student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment where students feel valued and encouraged.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and external agencies to ensure each child's needs are met holistically.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior, reporting regularly to senior staff and parents.
Requirements
  • Fully Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviors and foster positive outcomes.
  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
