Job Overview:A skilled Manual Machinist is required to perform and support the overhaul and salvage of aircraft components within the Manufacturing Precision Business Unit Machine Shop at DCV Technologies in Ramsgate. The successful candidate will conduct machining tasks, monitor stock levels, and support improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of quality and productivity in machining tasks.
- Support the overhaul and salvage of aircraft components.
- Monitor stock levels of bonded metal and consumables.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- A proactive approach to quality assurance.
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum.
