Employment Opportunity: Grill Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grill Chef to join our team at The Harbour Brewers Fayre in Carrickfergus. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in preparing and cooking delicious meals for our guests.

Salary: Up to £ per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and excellent culinary skills. You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of meals, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, and working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:
  • Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Excellent cooking and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
