About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Quilter as a Technology Coach, supporting new Financial Advisers with their initial setup and progression through our advice systems.
As a Technology Coach, you will be responsible for helping Advisers set up on social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, and ensuring they are comfortable using our technology solutions, including Xplan, Quilter Investment Platform, and Dynamic Planner.
You will also manage a team of Technology Coaches, while being the liaison with key stakeholders linked to the Adviser's development.
In the first 90 days, you will need to become conversant with our range of technology solutions and have an understanding of the QFP Training & Competence Scheme for advisers, as well as the Level 2 (Pre-Appointment) and Level 3 (Attaining Competence) support given to advisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support new Financial Advisers with their initial setup and progression through our advice systems
- Help Advisers set up on social media platforms and ensure they are comfortable using our technology solutions
- Manage a team of Technology Coaches and be the liaison with key stakeholders linked to the Adviser's development
- Become conversant with our range of technology solutions and have an understanding of the QFP Training & Competence Scheme for advisers
- Conduct quality assurance activities and support the personal development of each Technology Coach within the team
Requirements
- Experience in a technology-based role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of technology solutions, including Xplan, Quilter Investment Platform, and Dynamic Planner
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
