At Protocol Education, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional support to schools across Bristol. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in the progress and achievements of young people with additional needs.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team. You will be working closely with teaching staff to provide assistance in meeting the educational, developmental, and welfare needs of pupils in a mainstream setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in the management and maintenance of school resources
  • Contribute to the supervision and welfare of pupils throughout the school

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate empathy and understanding towards students, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. If you have experience of class supervision and assisting with lesson provision to achieve positive learning outcomes, we want to hear from you.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 GCSEs at C grade or above, including English and Maths
  • Teaching Assistant qualification (Minimum level 3) (Desirable)

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
