About the Role

• Ensure seamless kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety, and staff training.

About You

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in culinary arts or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and food safety.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
