Job Title: EIA Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced EIA Project Manager to join our team at CleanTech Talent. As an EIA Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting clients across a range of industries through the management of planning applications, Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and other environmental assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the delivery of large and small projects including client and subcontractor management, project budgets, programme and invoicing.
Technical assessments including desktop assessments, surveys and site visits as required.
Prepare tenders including obtaining quotes from subcontractors and drafting of fee proposals for approval by senior staff.
Preparation and review of written technical reports.
Business Development, including identifying future project opportunities and client management and liaison.
Assisting with internal management and business processes including the tracking of business opportunities and team finances.

Essential Attributes:

3 or more years' experience within an environmental consultancy
Solid project management skills
Thrive in a consultancy environment
The ability to work collaboratively with multifunctional team both internally and externally.
Report writing skills and attention to detail.
An understanding of the planning and environmental assessment legislations across the UK.
Experience of identifying clients and undertaking business development activities would be an advantage.
Experience of line management and mentoring of junior staff.
Full UK Driving Licence.
