As a Digital Data Product Owner at Haleon, you will play a crucial role in developing the consumer-centric data strategy and working with Marketing teams to create innovative solutions that enhance our consumer experience. You will be part of the Global Digital Experience's technology team within the Consumer and Expert Tech organization.

The successful candidate will primarily own the tech stack behind data capability collection, unification, segmentation, and core capabilities utilization within our digital experiences. By partnering with internal teams, you will lead dev ops engineering to enable and run the tech stack behind various concepts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product ownership of Acquire (1st party Data, Consent & Identity Management) and Audience (Customer Data Platform Capabilities), along with their associated technical stacks.
  • Development and ownership of building and configuring repeatable, reusable, and integrated product capabilities.
  • Understanding the digital MarTech stack and appraising new technologies to incorporate into different business models.
  • Analyzing key data sources, aligning them, and providing insights to challenge status quo and improve consumer marketing for Haleon.
  • Partnering with businesses to understand problems, experiments, test opportunities, and learn from them.
  • Accountability for delivering products according to processes and frameworks that the products must work within.
  • Leading multiple agile product teams using Haleon Agile methodologies (SCRUM/Safe).
  • Becoming a single point of contact for the Acquire and Audience Teams working across this space.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in applying technical product ownership or management.
  • A background or experience in innovation, start-ups, or ventures, with passion for emerging technology and some domain expertise or interest in technology.
  • Experience in building trust-based relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical knowledge and experience designing and building data and consumer identity solutions.
  • Experience with SAP CDC as a technical tool.
  • Understanding of Data Privacy, consent management, and consumer engagement lifecycle.
  • Experience or detailed understanding of using Customer Data Platforms to enhance consumer experience.
  • Knowledge of APIs and Integration patterns, DEVOPS.
  • Knowledge/experience of Sales force Data cloud.
  • Managing strategy and innovation, working with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management capability, with experience in technical-oriented product ownership, gathering requirements, and resource planning.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
