The purpose of this role is to develop best-in-class strategies and management of all Paid Social activity on assigned clients, manage and develop the team, and serve as a point of escalation as needed. You will be responsible for contributing to the Paid Social department's growth and innovation, working across one of our key global retail clients, and overseeing the work of a team of managers, executives, and assistants.
You will be the primary point of contact for your respective clients in the local markets/regions, develop and foster an effective working relationship with social media platforms, be responsible for the development of members of your team, including setting personal objectives and performance reviews, and ensure campaigns are delivered as planned with no overspends or errors in delivery.
