About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with clients and design teams to provide expert advice and support throughout the project lifecycle, from conception through to completion. You will be involved in a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the design risk management process, ensuring all projects comply with current health and safety regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations to clients and design teams.
  • Conduct design risk assessments and manage pre-construction information.
  • Develop and implement effective design risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in design risk management.
